By that i mean full 3D graphics kind of like on Cities XL, but much better. I hope that we get entire worlds to use to place cities and be able to use terraforming tools like in SC4 with unincorporated cities. With othr controls; weather control according to region in which the city is located and natural disasters accordingly plus the disasters from SC4 with full control like in SC4. These are just some ideas.
